Abstract
The challenge to contribute technologically to the GeneralHeadquarters of emergency training, enabled Chilean Army Center ofModeling and Simulation proposing the creation of a product that supportstwo specific areas of mission: "contribution to the development nationaland the action of the State" and "National emergency and civil protection",which resulted in a computer collaborative application proposition both fordecision-making training and for monitoring units within and emergency,with dual application civilian and military.
