Abstract

Neuromorphic cameras characterize atmospheric boundary layer turbulence by capturing beam wandering and scintillation at microsecond resolution, extracting Cn2 and Hurst exponents that reveal departures from Kolmogorov models with greater temporal precision than conventional instruments. © Optica Publishing Group 2025 © 2025 The Author(s)
