Propiedades fisicas de la fase Cubica Sr6Cu12Fe13S27
Abstract
The electrical, optical and magnetic properties of the cubic phase Sr6Cu12Fe13S27 were determined. The electrical conductivities measurements as a function of the temperature show that the compound is a semiconductor. By means of diffuse reflectance spectrum at UV-VIS range the band gap was assessed at 2.6 eV which confirms its semiconductor behavior. Sr6Cu12Fe13S27 shows an antiferromagnetic ordering with Neel's temperature of 48 K. Above this temperature, the magnetic susceptibility follows modified Curie-Weiss behavior.
