Abstract

At the beginnings of the twentieth century the consolidation of a new urban spatiality and the recognition of geographic landmarks as public spaces generates a new way of conceiving the city. The improvement of public transport and infrastructure gives account to the increase the demands and new needs of the inhabitants.
