¿Que moral para un derecho intercultural? La autonomía y el concepto "simpliciter" de tolerancia

Abstract

The aim of this paper is twofold. First, I want to represent a concept simpliciter tolerance according to which personal autonomy and the need to strengthen a culture they are the only reasons you should ponder the agent-state to tolerate. Second, pretend affirmative answer to the question of whether there may perfectionist liberalism and multicultural Joseph Raz argue from the moral and political right intercultural theory. To fulfill these objectives, I will focus on the uses of the term moral tolerate then following Michael Sandel, analyzing cases of critical and non-critical tolerance. Subsequently, I will develop liberalism Raz in order to show the theoretical problems caused the foundation of collective rights. Conclude by affirming the existence of collective rights as institutional resource to allow cultural development of minority groups within the current development of the nation state.
