Abstract

(EN)The present invention is directed to nanoparticles with antithrombotic activity, more particularly, the nanoparticles are PAMAM dendrimers derivatives, which present low toxicity and high anticoagulant or antithrombotic activity. The invention also considers methods for treating a condition wherein anticoagulation activities are needed.
