Abstract

The work is an initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile, with the support of the Inter-American Development Bank, aimed at drawing lessons from eight countries - Australia, South Korea, Spain, Finland, Ireland, Norway, New Zealand, and Portugal. that emerged successfully from situations of deterioration or sustained crisis, or from a low level of income, and that have become outstanding referents of contemporary world progress.
