Abstract

The paper tries to know and analyze the practices of physical and sport activities at the extracurricular times at the first year high school students (Osorno city, Chile). A questionnaire was employed to data collection. The research reveals whose are the most practiced sport and activities, and the reasons because some people don’t practice theses activities. Also, the investigation show us also information not related with the practice of physical and sport activity, but not directly related like: smoke habit, drinking, spent time watching television, etc. The most relevant results of this research had been had compared with de results of other national and international research.
