| Notas: | The Glioblastoma is among the primary brain tumors the highest malignancy and frequency. The methylation status of the MGMT promoter has been shown to be a powerful predictor of survival. We are evaluating the methylation status of the MGMT promoter by NGS in GBM samples of Chilean patients. |
