Notas: | Fermentations will be carried out using the selected yeast isolated from Antarctica and also with the yeast strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae EC1118 which is the traditionally used yeast. Finally, the wines obtained will be analyzed in order to determine the aromatic composition by gas chromatography. |
