LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHIC ASSAY FOR FAST DETERMINATION OF SIMVASTATIN IN DRUG SUBSTANCE

Abstract

A liquid chromatographic assay has been developed and validated for the determination of simvastatin drug substance and tablets. The proposed method can be used for routine quality control of simvastatin and later stability studies. (Graph presented).
