Objetivos: 1. To analyze the role of cigarette smoke condensate (CSC) on HPV-16 life cycle in tonsillar organotypic rafts (first year). 1.1. Generation and histological characterization of organotypic rafts for HPV-16 production (koilocytes presence as an indicator of viral maturation) in the presence of CSC.
