Abstract

Observational studies based on a large and homogeneous sample of white dwarf-M dwarf (WD/dM) binaries are extremely important to constrain the evolution and formation of all close compact binaries. In this work we make use of the last data release from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (Data Release 8) to update the most complete catalogue of WD/dM binaries available today
