Abstract

The present invention is framed in the area of ​​clinical diagnosis and provides an in vitro diagnostic method for the detection of different strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis by PCR assays using ADN extracted from human tissues. This technique uses a set of specific primers for M. tuberculosis turning this methodology an sensitive and specific molecular diagnostic test. Additionally, a system and / or diagnostic kit related to mentioned method is provided, which uses the specific designed primers.
