Abstract

DuringthesetryingtimesofCOVID,atthebeginning of the 2020s, the subject of trust in schools has now taken on a new topicality. Trust is now seen as a key organizational attribute for school communities to successfully face the uncertainty, fear, and need for innovation to which they have been forced to due to the interruption of the normal teaching process. To better understand the current significance of trust, it is best to take a stepbackintimeandreviewitsconceptualization, as well as its implications for school, especially regarding school leaders and teachers.
