Abstract

(Figure Presented) This is an erratum to the paper ‘ALMA three-millimeter observations of massive star-forming regions –III. Catalogues of candidate hot molecular cores and hyper/ultra compact H II regions’, which was published in Liu et al. ( 2021 ). In that paper, 453 compact cores extracted from 3 mm continuum data are compiled into four catalogues, including the H/UC-H II , pure s-cHMC/w-cHMC, and ‘unknown’ catalogues. In section 3.2.1, ‘Search for COM-containing cores’, there were small errors on the number statistics of the cores in both pure s-cHMC and pure w-cHMC catalogues due to the mistake made at the final stage of arranging the results. The number for these two catalogues should be corrected to be 31 and 51 from 32 and 58, respectively. As a consequence, the number of cores in other two catalogues will change slightly since the total number of all continuum cores remains 453. That is, the number of cores in the H/UC-H II (‘unknown’) catalogue should change from 89 (274) to 91 (280). (Figure Presented) (Table Presented).
