Abstract

This article analyzes different approaches in the study of the subjectivity of work in Latin America. Some background of the study of work in Latin America and some of the main axes of qualitative studies based on the relationship between subjectivity and work in Latin American literature are presented. Next, this discussion is put in relation to the precariousness of work and its specificities in the case of Latin America.
