Objetivos: We propose to synthesize and characterize new fac-[Re(CO)3(N,N)L]n complexes for staining cells with a rational choice of ligands obtained from experimental experience in designing Re (I) complexes for staining fungi, yeasts, bacteria, and epithelial cells.
