SUSTAINABLE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES IN AGRICULTURAL COMPANIES IN COLOMBIA

Abstract

Economic development and competitiveness cause companies to clearly know their elements, resources, and capabilities for strategic design, constituting competitive advantages, lasting over time, articulated with some aspect linked to sustainability and sustainability. This research seeks to analyze the competitive advantages of agricultural companies from the perspective of sustainability and sustainability. The research methodology used in this study was descriptive analysis and quantitative approach, in order to investigate the specificities of processes, experiences and trajectories of agricultural companies in Colombia. The results show a medium range of knowledge of elements, resources and capabilities. This could expose, due to how permeable these types of organizations are, to changes or events that frequently occur in the external environment, especially in times of economic uncertainty. The necessary clarity of agribusiness on the elements, resources and capabilities is concluded, to know what strategy to implement, enabling the generation of competitive advantages.
