WORK ENVIRONMENT AND TEACHERS COOPERATIVE ATTITUDE TOWARDS EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Abstract
The current examination aimed to determine the work environment and the cooperative attitude of teachers in educational excellence in private schools in the commune of Quilicura in the Metropolitan Region of Chile. A non-experimental design was used with a population of 83 school educators. individuals of the commune of Quilicur. The determination of the sample size was carried out through sampling that covered the entire available population. For data collection, the survey technique was used using a questionnaire with a Likert-type scale, distributed among the participants selected for the study. Among the most relevant findings: the work environment does not reflect a positive attitude toward teachers' work and they are not anticipating conflicts to achieve effective and timely solutions. As conclusions: the perception of teachers regarding the little use of teamwork in strengthening the work environment is worrying.
