The Organic Decomposition of the Human Being and the Production of Capitalistic Subjectivities in Los cuerpos del verano by Felipe Castagnet and Sinfin by Martin Caparros

Abstract

Los cuerpos del verano (2012) by Felipe Castagnet and Sinfín (2020) by Martín Caparrós are two Argentine science fiction novels that address the organic decomposition of the human body, the transfer of the mind to the network, and the sociopolitical issues that arise from this dynamic. This article will analyze the models of sociability that emerge from this context, to visualize the production of capitalistic subjectivities and their possible processes of re-singularization.
