Abstract

This document presents the preliminary results of a study that aims to determine if the creators and inhibitors of technostress have an incidence in one of the manifestations of technostress, the technological anxiety of users of information and communication technologies, in the context of the field of university administrative staff. For this purpose, surveys have been applied to such actors, users of these technologies. The results of the analysis of structural equations indicate that complexity and technological overload are factors that create techno-anxiety in university administrative staff.
