Abstract

Literature shows the importance of analyzing the organizational climate for the success and competitiveness of institutions, including, of course, universities; establishing that a work environment of respect and appreciation leads to greater commitment and satisfaction. Given the relevance of this topic, the main objective of this work is to analyze the scientific production of organizational climate in these universities, placing special focus on the gender perspective. The methodology used involves a documentary analysis located in the context of a bibliometric research design. According to the data analysis, this is a qualitative investigation of the existing academic literature. Among the most relevant results, a limited production of articles stands out (52), distributed in 43 journals. It is observed that a high percentage of this production is concentrated in just a few countries, without identifying any prominent authors. This signals an opportunity to develop additional research on this topic.
