Exploring the relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance in educational institutions of the armed forces

Abstract

His article presents the preliminary results of a study that aims to determine the incidence of knowledge management on organizational performance in the context of higher education schools of Armed Institutions. Considering that the creation, storage, transmission and use of knowledge are involved in knowledge management, surveys have been applied to managerial and administrative personnel belonging to these organizations. The results of the analysis with structural equations indicate that there are significant relationships between the variables of the proposed model and that the use of knowledge affects the performance of the institution, mainly in aspects related to the speed of decision-making, the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the environment, and evolve faster than its competitors.
