Exploring the incidence of creators and inhibitors of techno-stress on job satisfaction and commitment in final user of information and communication technologies

Abstract

This article presents the preliminary results of a study that aims to determine the incidence of techno-stress (creators and inhibitors) on job satisfaction and commitment of final user of Information and Communication Technologies, considering one of the creators, the technological insecurity. For this purpose, surveys were applied to final user of these technologies. The results of the analysis of structural equations indicate that technological insecurity decreases job satisfaction while inhibitors increase it, and that job satisfaction positively affects the employment commitment of the final user of technologies.
