Abstract

This article presents the results of a study that aims to establish whether performance expectation and effort expectation affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment. To this end, surveys have been applied to workers of a Health Service in the Biobío region of Chile, who use digital platforms to perform all or some of their functions within the organization. The results of the structural equation analysis indicate that performance expectations affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment, as well as effort expectations affect job satisfaction and performance expectations.
