Abstract

The objective of this research is to explore the possible relationship between knowledge management and job satisfaction and organizational performance in forestry companies of Chile. For this purpose, surveys have been applied to workers who carry out their functions in administrative areas of such companies. The results of structural equation analysis indicate that organizational effectiveness (use of knowledge) positively affects job satisfaction and organizational performance of the companies under study.
