Abstract

A new methodology for determining PAH phase distribution is proposed. This technique involves the utilization of a combination of parallel cartridges, one equipped with TF+PUF and the other with TF+PUF+XAD-D. Using the combination of cartridge Config 1 and Config 2, the effect of sampling artifacts on the determination of the atmospheric concentration of PAH is reduced. This is an abstract of a paper presented at the 102nd Air & Waste Management Association Annual Conference and Exhibition (Detroit, MI 6/16-19/2009).
