Abstract

The article invites for a discussion on the challenges of globalization, deregulation, and facing the loss of States´sovereignty. Incorporating the contributions of scholars from the legal systems that propose a global administrative laws as a plausible prospect of meetiongf between the crossing of borders by national agencies and international organizations. The text describes relevant aspects of the new global order, the need to address this debate from the legal rather than economical and highlight the urgency of their own perspective from tyhe civil law systemn and Latin American approach.
