Abstract

The interpretation of the words contained in the article 162 in fine of the Spanish Civil Code, relating to the fact that "to conclude contracts that would compel the child to perform personal services requires the prior consent of this if he has sufficient trial", has created some doubts about the extent of their forecasts.
