Abstract

This work analyzes some of the more important meanings of the expression “legal dogmatic”. First, it offers a definition of “legal dogmatic” as a synonymous of “legal science”. Second, it examines two methodological directives typical of dogmatic style: the (hipo-)thesis of the rational legislator and the construction of dogmatic concepts. Finally, it analyzes some theses about what “dogmatic acceptation” of law means.
