Abstract

Innovating in the schools is not just introducing technology or made curricular adjustments. It is the management of the change to improve systematically. It is developing an organizational culture for supporting participation and collaboration of all its members. In this project, we propose an instrument to assess the innovation's readiness of a school to implement this systematic change. A tool which can act as a mirror, reflecting what are actually the weaknesses and strengths of the school in this subject.
