"Across the globe, both poor and middle-income nations are mounting varied responses to the cardiovascular disease epidemic. Programs in Bangladesh, Iran and Chile offer snapshots into various initiatives to improve surveillance data from countries that are very different stages of development, with very different health resources, this article offering examples across the spectrum of these countries".
