Abstract

In this last stage of the Project OAS/AE/141, field tests were carried out in Chile working with the population and in coordination with local and municipal authorities. Surveys were prepared and posters, brochures and calendars were produced with information about the application of low-cost technologies for the disinfection and decontamination of waters. The transference of information about arsenic removal was coordinated by means of campaigns and talks for inhabitants and the preparation of monitors.
