Abstract

The chapter analyses the touristic networks created in Southern Chile in the last decade. Such networks rely upon a notion of communitary tourism, placing a greater emphasis on personal relationships among participants. The inclusion of indigenous communities contributes to a redefinition of the most frequent conceptions of a market-oriented business.
