Abstract

Current legislation and global organizations advocate the inclusion, based on this need the various organizations are working in developing strategies and action plans to enable the inclusion of the broad spectrum of special populations. Our aim was to understand the criteria for a management model of excellence that guides the management of physical and sports activities for the inclusion of children with Asperger syndrome in private sports institutions in the province of Concepcion. A 22 closed question survey was given to sports managers of private sport institutions. Our results shown well developed access, signage and exclusive hygiene services, as well as presenting a non-discrimination attitude, there is interest in acknowledging the disabled population that each institution has, however, there is little importance given to training professionals to satisfy the educational needs for special educational, leadership, mediation of the disabled user satisfaction, development of corporate responsibility and linkage to its environment. In conclusion, there is no sign of a formal or systematic model for management, on the contraire several criteria were partially developed
