Abstract

The National Recreation Plan for Living Well underway in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela has been an experience that has served paragraph think recreation from the framework of the public policy generated based on an awareness of social justice. Best of all is the organizational balance left on population: at the same time that major genres conditions for people organized recreational and cultural opportunities in specific attention to their own needs, feelings and wills, configuring an ethos when evaluating different public policy and its impact on Venezuelan society.
