Abstract

To rethink the physical education is an unavoidable task given the times that run, and even more when it is thought from the particularity of the educational formation. Physical education cannot be considered apart from fundamental premisses of premises like the generation of knowledge, the conformation of values in the personality and the character, the construction of identities, the consolidation of human mobility, and the corresponding cultural formation. Through epistemology and praxology, both fields closely related, physical education is understood from an integral perspective depending on the individual who is to be educated.
