Abstract

The present invention relates to compounds and piridinmetilsulfinilbenzotiazoles piridinmetilsulfinilbenzoxazoles, radiolabelled or fluorescently and compositions, as biornarcadores specific for the diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases and pathological involved with tau protein such as AIzheimer and other dementias. According to the present invention the techniques which can be employed described molecules can be: computerized axial tomography (CAT), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), both structurally (sNMR) as functional NMR (fNMR), computed tomography single photon emission (SPECT) and positron emission Ia tomography (PET).
