Abstract

This model proposal- aimed at professionals responsible for the design of public policies and executors of treatment programs for offenders, academics and civil society working on these issues, and the community in general-, seeks to serve as support for knowledge and encourage the development of evidence-based practices in these matters. It contains a diagnosis of the rehabilitation of offender´s system in Chile, a review of comparate models and a final integral proposal for dealing with of offenders either serving measures or sentences in the community or accomplishing a prison sanction
