El determinante discurso publicitario: Atribución en la sociedad y la escuela

Abstract
This work, originated from a larger investigation, attempts to analyze the existing relationship between education, family, and advertising as well as the influence the last one exerts in the Chilean context. To accomplish this objective, pertinent and updated bibliographic research was made allowing us to build the argument around the dependency on the aforementioned factors. One of the most relevant conclusions obtained from this investigation is related to the need of entrusting the spaces for construction of sense to society, families, and new readers. It promotes the urgency of teaching to understand advertising and its message, as an educational system that allows its students to gain intellectual independence which in turn helps to build their own personality and develop their vision of society which will allow a better understanding of the context in which our students operate in order to read the world effectively.
