Abstract

Digital Technology is a real thing that is more and more at hand not only in our professional dynamics but also in all the scopes of our interconnected and globalized. Contemporary life dentistry is not an exception in this respect. The objective of the present article is to describe general aspects of a 3D surgery planning system for the placement of dental implant (NobelGuideTM of NobelBiocareTM), with accent in the presentation of clinical cases whose anatomical complexity made it into a fast and trustworthy option with a minimum surgical trauma as it has been observed by the authors in the limitations and complications at almost two years of being in use in the clinical practice of implantology.
