Abstract

n 2003, some dentists and medical doctors began to express certain concern for the appearing of lesions in the patients maxillas treated for multiple myeloma and mamarial cancer metastasis. They suspected of certain chemotherapies and these lesions, which affected the maxilla bones externalized in the mucous membrane in the form of a fistula histologically corresponding to an osteonecrosis.
