Abstract

This study shows the process followed to define the design and development guidelines of an interactive map with geo-referenced information on variables associated with Marine Energy (EMMAP – Energy Marine MAP) from the user experience (UX). The research is framed in the user-centered design (DCU), supported by the UX DESIGN method and centered on the UX RESEARCH stage, key to address decisions of any digital product design. The application of this method, along with a series of techniques and tools, allows obtaining valuable information as support for the creation of digital products that guarantee a pleasant user experience.
