Abstract

This article discusses UX Design as a methodology to design efficient digital projects for users. The research, in the methodological, was qualitative, analytical, documentary and field. A semi-structured question guide was designed to consult six key informants about the questions raised. Content analysis was used according to qualitative tradition, based on the triangulation of theoretical postulates with the findings. It is concluded that UX Design is a multi-dynamic methodology used by professionals who merit it, as a tool to serve customers and users.
