La transferencia de resultados científicos en la formación del profesional

Abstract

The objective of this research aimed at determining methodological procedures and didactic variants towards the improvement of the introduction and generalization of scientific results in different forms of organization and types of Higher Education classes where the future bachelors in Primary Education are formed, in correspondence to the experiences faced in the self-evaluation career process, at the Pedagogical University “José de la Luz y Caballero”. The article dealt with experiences on such evaluation. On the process, limitations related to the transference (introduction and generalization) of the scientific results regarding the initial vocational training were identified, on the variables “Teachers” and “Curriculum” from the Guide for the Evaluation of University Careers. Hence, methods and pedagogical research techniques were applied, the results led to the development of methodological procedures and didactic variants, both characterized by their coherence with the organizational forms in Higher Education. The transformations carried out showed the enrichment in the preparation of the career staff, about the scientific-methodological aspects, and the quality in the students training process.
