Acciones y percepciones de la gestión educativa en escuelas con alumnado migrante

Abstract
The aim of the study is to analyze the actions and perceptions of the management and teaching team in relation to migrant students who are inserted in schools in the city of Talca, Chile. The study is of an exploratory type and is part of the results of the Anillos SOC-1401 project. The methodology of the study is ascribed to a quantitative approach, with an explanatory descriptive design. For which, the results are presented in frequency tables and graphs, showing that the managerial management reaches the lowest score along with the family- empowered dimension, On the other hand, students and teachers develop clear actions for the foreign community that are perceived positively by teachers.
