Abstract

Wide frequency range, analog in-phase/quadrature generators developed for use in synchronous detectors are discissed. I/Q developed generators process signals in the study of the interaction of ultrasound with turbulent flow, using simultaneous signal channels. The I/Q generators can be implemented with any voltage-or current controlled resistors. The absolute phase lag error is well below 0.2° in the frequency range measured by using an analog oscilloscope. The I/Q generators perform exceedingly weel upto 400 kHz.
