Abstract

This investigation is a study of multiple cases. There is a critical documentary analysis and an analysis of content of two Local Policies of school conviviality in two public schools (urban and rural) by many violence, in the Region of Valparaiso, Chile. Results: in every school happen symbolic violence and diffuse violence. In both schools a culture is imposed arbitrary, and in every school there are imposed the values of a social context. The urban school imposes cultural rituals and reinforces his students. The rural school, it worries about the discipline and imposes a habitus on his students. In both schools, the dialog is broken between adults and students.
