Abstract
The generation of institutional projects as via for the transformation of the school it constitutes a priority in the Cuban education. The article approaches methodological considerations on the relationships among the curricular projects and of educational improvement with the institutional ones, as well as approaches for its execution and evaluation like via to sum up the Activity Educational Scientist. The analyses that are exposed are been of the systematizing of pedagogic experiences confronted in the execution of the project I Center Consultant for the Stimulation of the Verbal Talent of the Center of Provincial Reference of Primary Education Dalquis Sánchez Pupo of Holguín, Cuba.
